Doors open at 6 PM. Performance start at 7 PM.
Everyone, young and not-so-young, are invited downtown Wednesday evening, September 30, for the colorful Parade of International Flags featuring flags of the 44 nations that have participated in Texas Sounds. Marshall’s Jr Air Force ROTC cadets do the honors at 5:30 PM,
Following the parade at 6:30 PM is a FREE, family-friendly, outdoor concert/jam-session at Telegraph Park. Interntaional and local musicians provide music all evening!
Sunday afternoon, October 4, is the Champagne Brunch for international guests and VIP ticket holders at 2 PM and the Awards Ceremony at 3:30 PM.
